On March 12th, O-Lab hosted a virtual event on homelessness, housing affordability, and economic growth in the Bay Area. Featured guests included Senator Scott Wiener as a keynote speaker as well as Bay Area-based policy analysts, journalists, and Berkeley faculty as a part of two panel discussions.

Discussion was aimed at integrating the diverse academic and practical expertise of the panelists for a discussion on strategies for post-Covid economic recovery, equitable development, and poverty alleviation.
